Yes, it is a 100% scam website, you must avoid joining it. Last year when it was launched i also thought this URL shortener would be good so i promoted it on one of my website. Soon after the promotions i got some handy amount of referrals and some of them were earning money from it. Actually they were earning money i can't say whether they were paid or not. But, they were generating revenue there.

So, as they were earning i was also getting some pennies. After a couple of months i reached their minimum payout limit of €3 so i requested my payment. I though i will be paid within 4 days as they say on their website but whoops ! the very next day they deleted my account without any reason. 

I contacted them regarding this but got no response from them. If they can ban my account when i had only €3 as referral earning then they can ban your account by saying fake traffic anytime. So, i recommend you not to join this URL shortener network. They are cheap frauds !
